The program is excellent. It works SUPER until I update OS X to the Yosemite. For example, the program crashes when I try to synchronize the design with the MYSQL database. It the reason I give my ratings to the four stars — it is rather the credit for the previous performance. I hope the vendor will fix the problem asap.

This is an outstanding tool at a great price. I have been searching for a solid data modeling tool for a while now. As an independent consultant I was not ready to license any of the competitor products (costing between $1800 - $5500) so I struggled with basic drawing tools. I downloaded the evaluation version of the product from their web site and had it figured out in less than 15 minutes. In a matter of an hour or so I prototyped a conceptual model with a client, made revisions, and generated diagrams for review. Diagrams are easy to draw, crisp and professional looking, and look better than the diagrams from the more expensive tools. Both logical and physical models look great. Switching between modeling notations is simple. SQL generation for all the major databases is complete (tables, columns, indexes, FK’s, constraints ), fast, and accurate. Reverse engineering works extremely well. In short this is a great product. It is powerful, simple, and unencumbered by a bunch of stuff I don’t need. Five stars.
